I saw Kraantje Pappie on the occasion of Achievers at Hotel V in
Amsterdam, last Sunday. Their first CD called "Crane" coming out soon.
I am sure we will hear a lot of them in the near future.
 

A Terrible Angel: I love her father, I adore her mother and yes, Charlotte is irresistible too, in her own way...

Since I am a big fan of Schubert's music, thanks to my father who wouldn't stop making me listen to his music (especially the Moments Musicaux and the Impromptus), I was happily surprised when I saw the following announcement about the Holland Dance Festival 2012:

Fresh from his success at the last edition of CaDance, Samir Calixto will wrap up and present his complete Winterreise Tetralogy at the Holland Dance Festival 2012.

The symbolic journey of man, in a state of constant transformation, takes shape through dance, song, live piano and poetry. It is a journey where the absence of illusions, expectations and assumptions about happiness and fulfilmentis danced as a rite of passage to the final transformation. The full cycle will be performed for the first time by pianist Rudolf Jansen, the Icelandic tenor Eyjolfur Eyjolfsson, and the Brazilian actress Denise Cecchi is new in the cast.
